Mediante el estudio de los megaeventos spectacularizados que nuclean la mayor parte de la oferta cultural oficial, por un lado, y el surgimiento y desarrollo de las experiencias vecinales, por otro, realizo un análisis comparativo en base a un conjunto de ejes en los que se diferencian estas propuestas.
