Esta tesina nace a partir de mi experiencia como coordinadora de comunicación en la Secretaría de Salud y Desarrollo Humano de la Municipalidad de Vicente López. A lo largo de mi experiencia laboral llamó mi atención el conjunto de talleres, charlas y actividades delineadas desde esta institución pública. En ellos se perfila un ideal de “sujeto saludable” que difunde y promueve las políticas públicas del municipio. En torno a esta experiencia surgen en mí varias preguntas que guían esta investigación: ¿cómo es entendida la salud y la enfermedad a partir de las políticas públicas que aplica el municipio de Vicente López? ¿Cómo es el sujeto saludable promovido a partir de estas políticas?
