Sin embargo, su estudio resulta clave para entender los mecanismos de posicionamiento y disputa del poder que corresponden a la oposición y tener una mirada completa de los sistemas democráticos actuales en términos comunicacionales. Esta tesis aporta un estudio comparativo y sincrónico en esa dirección. Se enfoca en la comunicación de la oposición en la Argentina entre el 10 de diciembre de 2015 y 10 de diciembre de 2017 a partir del caso del Frente para la Victoria / Unidad Ciudadana y el Frente Renovador, caracterizando sus agendas (el qué), modalidades (el cómo) y condicionantes (el por qué). La investigación se circunscribe a un análisis del eje temático de la comunicación de oposición para los casos señalados, en el que se identifican los temas y modos de abordaje de cada fuerza, para luego compararlos entre sí y contrastarlos con los planteados por el Gobierno del presidente Mauricio Macri. Así, se identifican relaciones, puntos de contacto y condicionantes de la comunicación de oposición del Frente para la Victoria / Unidad Ciudadana y el Frente Renovador en base a su origen, su relación con el sistema de partidos y el clima de época, para finalmente establecer los tipos de comunicación de oposición de ambos partidos. The opposition communication is a vacancy area in the political communication, usually focused on the electoral competition and the government communication. However, a study of this matter is essential to have a complete understanding of the democratic systems in communication terms and to understand the ways of positioning and the power of dispute that the opposition has. This thesis provides a comparative and synchronous research in this path. It focuses on the political opposition communication in Argentina from December 10, 2015 to December 10, 2017 for the cases of “Frente para la Victoria” / “Unidad Ciudadana” and “Frente Renovador”, characterizing their agendas (what), modalities (how) and conditioning factors (why). The research is confined to the study of the thematic area of the opposition communication for the cases chosen, in which the topics and the whole approach of both parties are identified to compare and contrast them with the Mauricio Macri’s administration approach. Thus, the thesis identifies interactions, contact points and conditioning factors of the opposition communication of the “Frente para la Victoria” / “Unidad Ciudadana” and “Frente Renovador” derived from their origin, the relations with the party system and the context of the period, to finally establish the types of opposition communication of both parties.
