Esas preguntas guiaron la presente revisión narrativa de antecedentes sobre la problemática en el campo de la investigación, con el objetivo de articular saberes y así contribuir con estrategias de prevención, asistencia y protección de derechos a las niñeces y adolescencias. La revisión que presentamos recupera un conjunto muy diverso de datos y análisis proveniente de distintos campos disciplinares. Para facilitar la exposición de los antecedentes en torno a la violencia sexual contra las niñeces y adolescencias decidimos agruparlos en tres enfoques, con el interés de situarlos en sus respectivas tradiciones teórico-metodológicas: el enfoque epidemiológico, a partir del cual se puede medir la magnitud de la problemática; el enfoque terapéutico, que sitúa como interés central el estudio de la dinámica de la violencia, los efectos en las víctimas y los procesos de recuperación de las víctimas; y el enfoque antropológico, el cual reconstruye los sentidos que se ponen en juego en las prácticas institucionales en torno a la protección de derechos, y examina la emergencia y transformación de categorías centrales en la concepción actual de la problemática. Consideramos que el eje institucional se presenta como transversal a los tres enfoques, a partir de lo cual es posible iluminar aspectos complementarios y aspirar a la articulación de los mismos en pos de contribuir a mejorar los mecanismos de protección de derechos de niñeces y adolescencias y las estrategias de prevención y asistencia ante la violencia sexual. What is known about sexual violence against children and adolescents? Which topics are being investigated and how? These questions guided this review of academic papers on this issue, with the aim of articulating expertise and thus contributing with strategies of prevention, assistance and protection of children and adolescents’ rights. The review we present brings up a very diverse set of data and analysis from different disciplinary fields. To facilitate the presentation of previous investigations on sexual violence against children and adolescents, we decided to group them into three approaches, with the aim of placing them in their corresponding theoretical-methodological traditions: the epidemiological approach, from which the magnitude of the problem can be measured; the therapeutic approach, which places the study of the dynamics of violence, the effects on victims and the recovery processes of victims as its main interests; and the anthropological approach, which reconstructs the meanings which are at stake in institutional practices around the protection of rights, and examines the emergence and transformation of central categories in the current conception of the problem. We consider that the institutional axis is presented as transversal to the three approaches, from which it is possible to illuminate complementary aspects and aspire to their articulation in order to contribute to improve the mechanisms of protection of children and adolescents’ rights and strategies of prevention and assistance against sexual violence. Tiene como objetivo analizar las mismas desde las perspectivas de profesionales y referentes barriales que trabajan en el ámbito argentino, en pos de describir las acciones desplegadas y analizar los momentos y tendencias del proceso hacia la protección de derechos o la revictimización. A partir de un diseño cualitativo, se construyeron quince historias de actuación institucional desde la perspectiva de profesionales y referentes comunitarios del ámbito argentino en el período 2021-2022. Según el tipo de develamiento, se identificaron tres grupos: grupo 1, historias develadas por relatos de niñas o adolescentes al círculo íntimo de confianza; grupo 2, historias develadas por relatos de niñas o adolescentes a vecinas; grupo 3, historias detectadas por un centro de salud. La sistematización propuesta permite distinguir cuatro momentos en el recorrido institucional, lo cual ofrece una herramienta analítica para comprender las condiciones que favorecen la continuidad de las acciones de protección, así como aquellas que conducen a su interrupción o fragmentación. Se problematiza la “puerta de entrada” como predictor del recorrido y se muestra que la orientación de las trayectorias depende de la densidad institucional y de la corresponsabilidad intersectorial en el tercer momento de la ruta crítica, donde se define la tendencia hacia la restitución de derechos o la revictimización. Reducir la vulnerabilidad programática exige fortalecer la articulación interinstitucional que sostenga dispositivos de acompañamiento y reconozca la dimensión de género del rol de cuidado, jerarquizando el aporte de las mujeres en la protección y restitución de derechos de las niñeces y adolescencias. This article examines the shapes that institutional interventions take in situations of sexual violence against children and adolescents. It aims to analyze them from the perspectives of professionals and community referents working in Argentina, to describe the actions deployed, and analyze the moments and trends of the process towards the protection of rights or revictimization. Based on a qualitative design, fifteen stories of institutional action were built from the perspective of professionals and community referents from Argentina in the period 2021-2022. According to the type of disclosure, three groups were identified: group 1, stories told by girls or adolescents to the inner circle of trust; group 2, stories told by girls or adolescents to neighbours; group 3, stories detected by a health centre. The systematization proposed allows to distinguish four moments in the institutional path, which offers an analytical tool to understand the conditions that stimulate the continuity of protection actions, as well as those which lead to their disruption or fragmentation. The “entry point” is problematized as a predictor of the institutional pathway, showing that the orientation of trajectories depends on institutional density and intersectoral co-responsibility in the third moment of the critical path, where the tendency toward either the restitution of rights or revictimization is defined.
