Argentina Description An account of the resource El rock nacional es un campo que no escapa a la asignación desigual de roles entre varones y mujeres. Desde el nacimiento de este género musical a fines de la década del ‘60, los varones ocuparon una posición privilegiada. En este trabajo nos proponemos recuperar las historias de vida de cuatro mujeres, en tanto artistas, para conocer cómo percibieron el lugar que se les asignó en la escena y cómo construyeron las relaciones con colegas varones (managers, periodistas, productores, músicos). A su vez, nos detenemos en el cruce entre estas historias personales y los movimientos feministas para dar cuenta de cómo la organización de las mujeres músicas en torno a la discusión por la Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo en 2018 sentó las bases para luchar por el “Cupo femenino y acceso de artistas mujeres a eventos musicales” (ley sancionada en 2019). Elegimos contar este recorrido a través de la producción del podcast “Rock chabona” que reúnes entrevistas exclusivas a Andrea Alvarez (baterista y sesionista), Paula Alberti (agente de prensa y comunicadora cultural), Lula Bertoldi (guitarrista y cantante del power trío Eruca Sativa) y Marina Fages (compositora, cantante y muralista).
