Situación que atraviesa la Argentina durante febrero de 2017, luego de un año y dos meses de la presidencia de Mauricio Macri y tras 12 años de gobierno peronista (Néstor Kirchner 2003-2007/Cristina Kirchner 2007-2015). Su nacimiento tiene lugar en una escena mediática compleja: pleno desbaratamiento de la Ley de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual, el fortalecimiento de conglomerados mediáticos tradicionales y el viraje de una gran variedad de medios y plataformas a posturas benévolas con el oficialismo y ajustadas al prisma comunicacional de Cambiemos. Estos discursos recortan la realidad al punto de lograr una aparente prosperidad económica y “cambio” (con respecto al modelo kirchnerista tildado de corrupto e inflacionario) que esconde el endeudamiento del país, el ajuste para los sectores populares y la represión sistemática a cualquier manifestación o protesta. En el informe presentaremos las condiciones de producción del diario así como los fundamentos de su realización. Lo analizaremos desde dos puntos de vista complementarios: el político-ideológico y el semiótico. El primero supone explorar el comportamiento del peronismo durante los períodos en los que no fue gobierno así como sus estrategias de difusión y comunicación masiva. Además, a la luz de algunos autores incorporados en el paso por la Carrera de Comunicación, indagaremos sobre el contexto político actual, el poder político y la democracia de baja intensidad que viene profundizando el gobierno de Macri. Desde el punto de vista semiótico, nos concentraremos en las cuestiones estilísticas del diario, a partir de la construcción de una grilla de análisis de distintas publicaciones partidarias y no partidarias y su correspondiente comparación con el estilo de El Justicialista.
