Estudiamos la forma política de convivencia de intereses del liberalismo económico y conservadurismo político, que ha mantenido una confrontación política, socioeconómica e ideológica-cultural con terceras fuerzas en Colombia. En nuestro objeto de investigación operan las crisis político-económicas que dan lugar a los procesos político-jurídicos de la conformación del bloque hegemónico colombiano. The investigation of the crises and the processes of the formation of the Colombian hegemonic bloc during the period 1930-1950, is a socio-historical analysis of the crises that brought about the end of ‘Conservative Regeneration’ (1886-1930) and promoted the Liberal Party (1930-1946) until the return of conservatism (1946-1950). We study the political form of coexistence of interests of economic liberalism and political conservatism, which has maintained a political, socioeconomic, and ideological-cultural confrontation with third forces in Colombia. In our object of research, the political-economic crises that give rise to the political-legal processes of conformation of the Colombian hegemonic bloc operate. The hypothesis that we maintain is that the uniqueness of Colombia has been rooted in the existence of dominant classes with no vocation to be ruling classes, who tend towards the solution of conflicts through the repressive authoritarianism of the Colombian capitalist state. Estudamos a forma política de convivência de interesses do liberalismo econômico e do conservadorismo político, que tem mantido um confronto político, socioeconômico e ideológico-cultural com terceiras forças na Colômbia. Em nosso objeto de pesquisa operam as crises político-econômicas que dão origem aos processos político-jurídicos de conformação do bloco hegemônico colombiano. A hipótese que sustentamos é que a singularidade da Colômbia está enraizada na existência de classes dominantes sem vocação para serem classe de liderança, que tendem à solução dos conflitos através do autoritarismo repressivo do Estado capitalista colombiano. Die Untersuchung der Krisen und der Prozesse der Bildung des kolumbianischen Hegemonialblocks in der Zeit von 1930 bis 1950 ist eine sozio-historische Analyse der Krisen, die das Ende der ‘konservativen Regeneration’ (1886-1930) herbeiführten und die Liberale Partei (1930-1946) bis zur Rückkehr des Konservatismus (1946-1950). Wir untersuchen die politische Form der Koexistenz von Interessen des Wirtschaftsliberalismus und des politischen Konservatismus, die eine politische, sozioökonomische und ideologisch-kulturelle Konfrontation mit dritten Kräften in Kolumbien aufrechterhalten hat. In unserem Forschungsgegenstand wirken die politisch-wirtschaftlichen Krisen, die zu den politisch-rechtlichen Konformation Prozessen des Kolumbianischen Hegemonialblocks. Die Hypothese, die wir vertreten, lautet, dass die Einzigartigkeit Kolumbiens in der Existenz dominanter Klassen ohne Berufung als herrschende Klassen begründet ist, die zur Lösung von Konflikten durch den repressiven Autoritarismus des kolumbianischen kapitalistischen Staates neigen.
