San Martín con el campo institucional en el cual se conforma el acceso a la salud y al aborto en el periodo 2017-2018, en el marco del Trabajo de Investigación Final de la carrera de Trabajo Social, de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. El objetivo general que guió la investigación fue conocer la autonomía relativa de les profesionales de salud en la construcción de las estrategias de intervención con mujeres que demandan la realización de un aborto al dispositivo de Interrupción Legal del Embarazo del Hospital Thompson. Para responder al mismo se realizaron nueve entrevistas semi-estructuradas y una observación participante al equipo profesional en cuestión y actores clave locales en la temática. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa flexible, de tipo inductiva. La metodología empleada fue un estudio de caso de tipo exploratorio. Los principales temas abordados son las tensiones en el campo de la salud local en torno al aborto en una perspectiva crítica feminista, y su atravesamiento en el dispositivo de ILE del mencionado hospital, así como en las estrategias de intervención construidas desde el mismo. Para ello, se analiza cómo influyen los posicionamientos ético-político-religiosos de les actores involucrades y el contexto coyuntural en torno al debate por el aborto actualmente en nuestro país. A su vez, se indagan las consecuencias que esto tiene en las mujeres en situación de aborto y en la accesibilidad al mismo. <h6>Advertimos a les estudiantes que consulten las tesinas que la aprobación es producto de un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en investigación que culmina con la instancia del coloquio oral en la cual se continúa el intercambio y señalamientos de cuestiones que no se ven reflejados en la versión escrita de este repositorio.
