Argentina Description An account of the resource Los programas y proyectos sociales tienen por objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de sus destinatarios, por eso resulta fundamental conocer si las intervenciones están alcanzando los cambios propuestos. Sin embargo, las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (OSC), generalmente, carecen de herramientas que midan el impacto generado por su trabajo o confunden evaluación final con evaluación de impacto. Entonces, hablan de esfuerzos utilizando mayormente variables cuantitativas; hacen referencia a cuestiones como inversión realizada, cantidad de capacitaciones, cantidad de beneficiarios, etc. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de esta tesina es analizar y sistematizar los procesos comunicacionales en la adecuación de la herramienta de Evaluación de Impacto en el programa Sustentablem a fin de aportar reflexiones que permitan transferir la experiencia a otras iniciativas. Es una tesina de intervención que da cuenta, desde una perspectiva comunicacional, el entramado de las relaciones, los roles, el intercambio de sentidos, las significaciones, las relaciones de poder, que se dan al interior de la OSC. Es decir, de los procesos comunicacionales entendiéndolos como la relación entre prácticas sociales y comunicación. El abordaje metodológico se plantea desde la propuesta, de Jorge Huergo, para la investigación cualitativa en comunicación. Por tal motivo, se realizaron seis encuentros de grupos de discusión y entrevistas individuales a cuatro miembros de la OSC, y por las características de la intervención se constituyó un diagnóstico institucional.
