Trujillo (inhabited place)

The research approaches the Ritual practices realized by members of communities affected by the forced disappearance of people, the symbolic resource that this mobilizes allows to proceed in the subjectivity with paths that make possible to continue in a route towards the production, but in the same way it also could turn in an individual mechanism that postpones the melancholy condition.

The Ritual has a symbolic efficiency which allows seeing through its components notions as: delay, distress, repetition, self-flagellation, etc. It establishes evidence in which the link with the dear being remains and steadies itself through its own practices. Precisely this function in the social imaginary is the one that propositions authority to the Rite for being consolidated of the social bows, whichin these cases break not only towards out but also internally with the same population.

The following research was realized in Trujillo, a municipality located to the Northwest of the Valle of Cauca department in Colombia, the disappearance forced in this place happened from 1988 until 1997 but until the year 2015 they have still presented cases seemingly isolated of the phenomenon, in the same way, the researcher worked with affected population by the topic in condition of re-seated at the city of Pereira which is the capital of Risaralda's Department.

The qualitative methodology was focused and made from the ethnographic design, with tools such as the semi-structured and depth interviews, field diaries and focal groups, which allowed to distinguish the information among three groups of studies, The Ritual as way of postponement of the trauma, the Ritual as a mechanism that makes possible the later production of the duel, and the Ritual as basic beginning for processes of truth and Justice with the victims.

Finally, the current conditions that Colombia lives required interdisciplinary andtransdisciplinary boardingthat reach in the comprehension of a long term of violence, more than an act in combat between two actors, there exists a social taxonomy complex who tries to understand the political responsibility of all the country members, as well as to study the historical and conceptual reasons that reach in the genealogy of this conflict; This thesis offers an input in the knowledge on a social fabric that has been injured by the people of the forced disappearance in Colombia, in this respect, attend to the notion of the victims, testimony, as well as the role of the ritual for processes of subjective and community resignificance.
