Abstract
From an interdisciplinary approach, the thesis analyzes some of the discursive-pedagogical strategies constructed in the Pakapaka´s television and digital device, the first public children's channel from Argentina and Latin America. In particular, we carry out a study "in production" (Verón, 1998) of the first seasons series: Medialuna y las noches mágicas (2012), Amigos (2013), La asombrosa excursión de Zamba (2010) and Vuelta por el universo (2013); in the same way, we analyze the ludic and didactic functioning activities at the web platform of the television signal with the aim of relieve the representations childhoods configured.
In a context in which market is the main producer of children´s subjectivity (Steinberg and Kincheloe, 2000 [1997], Bustelo, 2007) and in which, as a consequence of the scarce television offer of children's products in the air signals, children's audiences move to private signals (Fuenzalida, 2007), Pakapaka emerges as a political and pedagogical proposal that aims at the formation of "citizen children"; It also has as an initiative to contribute to the strengthening of communication and information rights and freedom expression in childhood, which, far from being perceived as homogeneous, is understood as a culture in which multiple contrasts coexist
