Abstract
The followig thesis research boards two specific sociologycal topics, relationated intimatelly: the internacional spacial movility and the conexions, forms and social relations that conform urban marginality procesess. Both construct the phenomenon of the transmigratorian marginality, represented by a dominicanian social group, in the modern argentinian society. The problem´s research and its objectives become from the analysis of this phenomenon. The study´s spacial-temporal context happens in a southern neighborhood of the Auntonomic City of Buenos Aires, 2009-2010 period.
The main argument of this research is that the serial of events that need migration social politic interventions, can be studied in the interactional level, that may drive us to aknowledge the process of construction of the social relations between the social goups and their every-day social enviroment. Thus, in reason of the low amount of documental information, the topic we analyze demands sociologycal attention to instrumentate future interventions, in the political or academic fields. Focusing in the interactional level does not means that nexus causes were forgotten; those conform the motivational system of this dominicanian social group that has oriented their migratorian expectatives to Argentina. That is why the structural emigration and immigration conditions are descriptivelly attended.
Specifically, the research tries to iluminate the logical strategical supervivence, of this dominican men and women, that produce and reproduce their activities under –economic, juridic, sociocultural and laboral- marginality, in relation of the capitalistic production and acumulation regimes, in the nacional and internacional level. This strategical supervivence análisis have directed the study to focus the social, economical and cultural resources that structure these individual and familiar practices. In the respective case, the extended family, represented by the form of clan, results one elemental social figure for this structuration process.
Finally, the empiric aproach of the relations between the clans, drove throw a qualitative metodologycal design. This posibillited a deep diving in the sensitive universe of this dominican clans, and has demnostrated that the techniques of intensive etnography, discourse analysis and personal interviews, are valid in function to produce, in the future, a socio-political action. This etnographic analysis takes place where the dominican migration established in Argentina socialize: in the hairdressing saloon.
