Abstract
The objective of the thesis has been to know the problematic one the infantile work in the city of Corrientes from the perspective macro-I pull and micro-social, understanding by macrosocial (the socio-economic context and the policies), by pull-social (church, carreros school hungryassociation) and micro social the family. It has been understood that to each dimension a type or set of characteristics corresponds that there are to analyze in different levels from majority and levels of temporality.
The thesis has begun with an historical revision of the approaches on childhood and infantile work, to emphasize the effective paradigms soon. First “accepts” the infantile work in as much product of irreversible economic and cultural conditions, tending to “to regulate” the damage. The second” focuses “abolicionista emphasizes the negative impact in the health, the education and the development of the country and tries fortification the family generating use in the adults.
Soon it is had I decipher the conceptual frame of the thesis, for which the dimensions are analyzed micro-I pull and macrosocial that cross the problem defined from the paradigm of “complexity” that they require of the use of a cuali-quantitative glance.
In the thesis it has been decided on case study 1 (one) family with working children, in the sense maintained by Ferrarotti (1988, 1991), Boniolo (2009), (Vasilachis, 2009) (Mallimaci and Giménez Béliveau (2006) and Bertaux (1996), that emphasizes the potentiality of the story of life of a family to explore the social relations, the socio-psychological processes and the history of love.
After the study of the cuali-quantitative family they have been analyzed to level those dimensions I pull and macrosocial important like: the social profile of the correntina family, the social context, the paper of the State and the public policies and fiscal federalism. The consulted secondary sources were: PISA the OECD, the UN, IMO, SITEAl, UNICEF, the PNUD and Cepal, Redlamyc and Latin American Red against the Infantile Work. At national level they were completed with information of: INDEC, CONAETI, ANSES, PROMEBA, CASACIDN, Office of the judge advocate general of the Nation, Observatory of the Social Debt, Collective Childhood, Network of rural communities, IDESA, CIPPEC, CEPED, etc. Also have been realised interviews to organizations claypits and officials government of: social development, health, education, work, DDHH, judicial power, to be able legislative, among others.
